it being noted that the Planning and Environment Committee received the attached presentation from B. Debbert, Senior Planner, with respect to this matter.   Voting Record:   Recommendation:  That the application by 2353034 Ontario Limited (formerly Treadstone Group) related to the properties located at 510 Central Avenue and 609 William Street (Z-8141) BE REFERRED back to the Civic Administration for further public consultation related to the changes proposed.
