Recommendation:   That a pro-rated sum of $50,000 BE MADE available, in 2015, to the Middlesex-London Health Unit, on the conditions that:   a)         their Board approves and establishes an expansion to its dentistry program by hiring an additional dentist(s); and   b)         they agree to report back on the success of the program in January of 2016.
